✨Magnesium Spray: My Not-So-Secret Remedy for Tension, Sleepless Nights & Sore Muscles

There are a few things I won’t go without—sunlight on my face, warm herbal tea, a good magnesium soak… and this: magnesium spray. It lives on my nightstand, travels in my bag, and has slowly made its way into almost every room of my house. It’s just that helpful.

Most people don’t realize how often their body is quietly begging for more magnesium. It shows up as muscle tension, restless sleep, headaches, anxiety, hormone imbalance, even body odor. And most of us? We’re running low.
