Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every item in my shop is thoughtfully created and infused with love, intention, and care. Because many of my products are handmade, personalized, or printed just for you, I kindly ask that you read the policy below before placing your order.

đź‘• Tees & Apparel (Print-On-Demand)

All tees and apparel items are made to order, especially for you. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error.

Please double-check your sizing before ordering! If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help guide you in choosing the right fit.

Due to the personal, small-batch nature of these items, all sales are final. That said, I truly want you to be happy with your order. If something feels off or there’s a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 7 days of receiving your item—I’ll handle any issues with care, on a case-by-case basis.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I will work with you to make it right.

🕰️ Processing Times

  • Tees & Print-On-Demand Apparel: Please see specific listings for production times before shipping.  That part is out of my control, so I use their information from their site.

  • Handmade Items & Herbal Products: I typically ship same (business) day for finished products. If I need to make your product it will be finished and ready to go within 3–5 business days, though some batches may take a little longer during high-volume times.

  • Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.

📦 Packaging

I do my best to use eco-friendly or minimal packaging when possible—reducing waste while still protecting your treasures in transit.

đź“« Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, I’m not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered. If your package is missing, please double-check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still unresolved, feel free to reach out and I’ll do what I can to help guide the next steps.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: I don’t accept returns on tees (they’re printed just for you!) or on herbal goods (for safety reasons). But if something’s wrong, I always want to know—please message me within 7 days.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, and you’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way!

Q: Do you offer custom orders or wholesale?
A: I do occasionally take custom requests or small wholesale orders—send me a message and let’s see if it’s a good fit!

Q: I put the wrong address—can you fix it?
A: Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If you catch a mistake, message me right away and I’ll do my best to correct it before it ships!
