Simple Feels Better (And I’m Done Pretending It Doesn’t)
Over the years of trying to balance home, work, life I have found myself in deep burnout. Always feeling I need to be doing more so people will buy and I can grow and be more consistent. Feeling the pressure and heaviness of more.
More products.
More steps.
More effort.
But simple just works better.
My skin does better when I don’t overload it.
My home feels better when it’s not filled with clutter.
My business runs better when I’m not trying to do everything. (Full stop)
There’s something grounding about coming back to what actually supports you.
For me, that looks like keeping a few go-to products I trust and use consistently—my salves, my herbal blends—things I know, things I’ve made with intention, things that feel good in my hands and on my skin. Paring down my commitments and products.
Not trendy. Not complicated. Just supportive.
Spring has been a reset in that way. Letting go of what doesn’t serve me and coming back to what feels right.
If you’ve been overwhelmed, maybe this is your reminder:
You don’t need more.
You need what works. 🌸
